The pet wash, and how to get a bay.
Pet wash stations are currently in the Riverside, New Canaan, Wilton, Fairfield, Rye, Scarsdale stores. Washes are scheduled by advanced registration, which means calling the store, or by walking in and taking a bay first come first served if one is free.
- Thirty minutes per customer, so the bay can be cleaned thoroughly between clients.
- The wash has to finish thirty minutes before the store closes.
- Speak with a PPW team member to reserve your wash time.
Larchmont is the one store without a wash bay, so ring Rye or Scarsdale if you are that side of the county.
Call the shop, or just turn up.
Ring ahead if you want your formula held or a wash bay reserved. Otherwise the door is open seven days a week, and the whole range is online in between.
